
Caribbean Fruit Salad
A Caribbean fruit salad made with cantaloupe, mango, strawberries, pineapple chunks, low-fat vanilla yogurt, and lime juice is so good because it’s the perfect balance of tropical flavor, vibrant color, and refreshing texture.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Cantaloupe, cut into cubes
- 1 Cup Mango, cut into cubes
- 1 Cup Strawberries, sliced
- 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks, canned in juice
- 1 Cup Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
Instructions
- Mix all of the fruit in a large bowl.1 Cup Cantaloupe, cut into cubes, 1 Cup Mango, cut into cubes, 1 Cup Strawberries, sliced, 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks, canned in juice
- In a separate bowl, make a dressing by mixing the yogurt and lime juice.1 Cup Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt, 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- Toss the fruit mixture with yogurt dressing.
- Serve.
