A Caribbean fruit salad made with cantaloupe, mango, strawberries, pineapple chunks, low-fat vanilla yogurt, and lime juice is so good because it’s the perfect balance of tropical flavor, vibrant color, and refreshing texture.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Cantaloupe, cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup Mango, cut into cubes
  • 1 Cup Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks, canned in juice
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice

Instructions
 

  • Mix all of the fruit in a large bowl.
    1 Cup Cantaloupe, cut into cubes, 1 Cup Mango, cut into cubes, 1 Cup Strawberries, sliced, 1 Cup Pineapple Chunks, canned in juice
  • In a separate bowl, make a dressing by mixing the yogurt and lime juice.
    1 Cup Low-Fat Vanilla Yogurt, 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • Toss the fruit mixture with yogurt dressing.
  • Serve.
