Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt
  • 1 Whole Banana Sliced
  • 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk

  • In a blender, combine all ingredients and cover with lid.
    2 Cups Frozen Mixed Berries, 1 Cup Low-Fat Strawberry Yogurt, 1 Whole Banana, 1 Cup Low-Fat Milk
  • Blend until smooth.
