Savory vegetable soup made with navy beans, tomatoes, corn, green beans, onion, celery, and whole wheat macaroni is so delicious because of the way these ingredients come together to create layers of flavor, texture, and nourishment.

Ingredients
- 1 Cup Navy Beans Cooked
- 1 Can (15oz) Diced Tomatoes No Salt Added
- 1 Cup Corn (Fresh, frozen, or canned)
- 1 Cup Green Beans Cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 Cup Onions Chopped
- 1 Stalk Celery Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp Dry Basil or Italian Seasoning
- 2 Cups Water
- 1 Cup Whole-Wheat Elbow Macaroni Cooked
- 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
Instructions
- Place all ingredients except for the elbow macaroni into large cooking pot.1 Cup Navy Beans, 1 Can (15oz) Diced Tomatoes, 1 Cup Corn, 1 Cup Green Beans, 1/2 Cup Onions, 1 Stalk Celery, 1/2 Tsp Dry Basil or Italian Seasoning, 2 Cups Water, 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
- Bring all ingredients to a boil.
- Turn heat down to low, cover the pot, and let simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cooked macaroni.1 Cup Whole-Wheat Elbow Macaroni
- Serve.
