  • 1 8oz Glass or Cookie Cutter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15oz Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • 3 cups Lean Ground Turkey, Browned
  • 1 tbsp Cumin
  • 1/2 cup Bell Pepper, Chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 2 Whole Boiled Eggs, Chopped

Instructions
 

  • Brown the ground turkey, cumin, bell pepper, boiled eggs, salt, and pepper.
    3 cups Lean Ground Turkey, Browned, 1 tbsp Cumin, 1/2 cup Bell Pepper, Chopped, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 2 Whole Boiled Eggs, Chopped
  • Set the brown turkey, cumin, bell pepper, boiled eggs, salt, and pepper aside in a mixing bowl.
  • Preheat oven to 400°
  • Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  • Cut 3-inch circles out of the piecrust, using the top of a glass or a cookie cutter.
    1 15oz Refrigerated Pie Crust
  • Put a large spoonful of the mixture in the center of the circle.
  • Fold over one side of the circle to make it a half circle.
  • Press the edges closed.
  • Repeat with the rest of the piecrust.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.
