
Turkey Empanadas

- 1 8oz Glass or Cookie Cutter
Ingredients
- 1 15oz Refrigerated Pie Crust
- 3 cups Lean Ground Turkey, Browned
- 1 tbsp Cumin
- 1/2 cup Bell Pepper, Chopped
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 2 Whole Boiled Eggs, Chopped
Instructions
- Brown the ground turkey, cumin, bell pepper, boiled eggs, salt, and pepper.3 cups Lean Ground Turkey, Browned, 1 tbsp Cumin, 1/2 cup Bell Pepper, Chopped, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 2 Whole Boiled Eggs, Chopped
- Set the brown turkey, cumin, bell pepper, boiled eggs, salt, and pepper aside in a mixing bowl.
- Preheat oven to 400°
- Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- Cut 3-inch circles out of the piecrust, using the top of a glass or a cookie cutter.1 15oz Refrigerated Pie Crust
- Put a large spoonful of the mixture in the center of the circle.
- Fold over one side of the circle to make it a half circle.
- Press the edges closed.
- Repeat with the rest of the piecrust.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.
