Brown the ground turkey, cumin, bell pepper, boiled eggs, salt, and pepper.
3 cups Lean Ground Turkey, Browned, 1 tbsp Cumin, 1/2 cup Bell Pepper, Chopped, 1/2 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Pepper, 2 Whole Boiled Eggs, Chopped
Set the brown turkey, cumin, bell pepper, boiled eggs, salt, and pepper aside in a mixing bowl.
Preheat oven to 400°
Lightly grease a baking sheet.
Cut 3-inch circles out of the piecrust, using the top of a glass or a cookie cutter.
1 15oz Refrigerated Pie Crust
Put a large spoonful of the mixture in the center of the circle.
Fold over one side of the circle to make it a half circle.
Press the edges closed.
Repeat with the rest of the piecrust.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden-brown.
