Ingredients
  

  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/3 Cup Fat-Free Milk
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • 1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 4 Slices Whole-Wheat Bread

Instructions
 

  • In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and vanilla (if using)
    2 Eggs, 1/3 Cup Fat-Free Milk, 1/2 Tsp Vanilla Extract (optional)
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
    1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • Dip each slice of whole-wheat bread into the egg mixture, coating both sides well.
    4 Slices Whole-Wheat Bread
  • Cook bread in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown.
  • Serve warm with fruit, yogurt, or a light drizzle of syrup.
