2 Cups Whole-Wheat Elbow Macaroni Uncooked 3 Tbsp Flour 2 Cups Non-Fat or 1% Milk 2 Cups Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese Shredded 1/2 Tsp Pepper 2 Cups Broccoli Chopped and Cooked
Get ingredients with
Cook 2 cups of whole-wheat elbow macaroni according to package directions.
2 Cups Whole-Wheat Elbow Macaroni
Drain and return to pot.
Sprinkle 3 Tbsp of flour over the macaroni and stir thoroughly to coat.

Over medium heat, slowly stir in 2 cups of non-fat or 1% milk.
2 Cups Non-Fat or 1% Milk
Add 2 cups of shredded low-fat cheddar cheese and 1/2tsp pepper.
2 Cups Low-Fat Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 Tsp Pepper
Stir continuously over medium heat until the milk and cheese thicken into a creamy sauce. Approximately 7 to 10 minutes.
Stir in 2 cups of chopped, cooked broccoli.
2 Cups Broccoli
Serve.
