Cheerios, Corn Flakes, or similar, not sweetened.

Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt

Honey Mustard

Onion

Preheat oven to 370°F.
Crush cereal in a bowl and set aside.
2 Cups Cereal
In a separate bowl, mix ground turkey, Greek yogurt, honey mustard, chopped onion, salt, pepper, and 1/3 cup crushed cereal.
1 lb Ground Turkey,
1/4 Cups Plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt,
2 Tbsp Honey Mustard,
2 Tbsp Onion,
1 Tsp Salt,
1 Tsp Pepper
Shape mixture into 16 meatballs.
Roll each meatball in the crushed cereal to coat.
Place meatballs on a lighly greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Serve with veggie sticks for a balanced meal.
